    As an Experienced full time Realtor, this is what you should expect from me:

    1. Interpretation of the data for sales, sold and expired comparable listings in your area to determine the best price for your home to be competitive in the current market place.

    2. My marketing plan, which includes web advertising, including mobile technology with my own real estate website, various Remax websites, MLS, social media presence, open houses (on request), newspaper ads, feature sheets, targeted walk routes for door to door advertisement, networking with my client base and fellow Realtors, buyer viewing and coordination.

    3.  Negotiation when an offer is received. My skill and experience in handling the negotiations will get you the best price and terms.

    4.  Due diligence after an accepted offer with a mortgage approval, appraisal and property inspection coordination.

    5.  After conditions are removed, follow-up with conveyance, instructions to your lawyer, liaising with buyer's agent, coordinating buyers’ visits and questions, and assisting with your move out procedures.

    6.  Possession, delivery of keys on the assurance all monies are received from your lawyer.

    Omitting any of these steps by hiring a part time Realtor may result in your home selling for less or yourself buying higher than you need to.
